Amber has a long-term track record in developing, managing and investing in schools projects. We have developed, managed or advised on over 200 schools in the U.K., Australia, North America and Germany.

We source new development opportunities and provide on-going asset management delivery across the breadth of DBFO (design-build-finance-operate) and non-PPP procured schools projects.

This includes the Building Schools for the Future portfolio of investments in over 100 schools across the U.K. acquired by INPP in 2011 and an investment into the U.K.’s Priority Schools Building Programme - providing financing across five investment tranches to over 40 schools. Amber has developed U.K. schools and projects in Maesteg, Wales; Moray, Scotland; Pforzheim, Germany; Victoria and New South Wales, Australia; and Alberta, Canada.

We work closely with procuring authorities to ensure the effective construction and ongoing maintenance, refurbishment and redecoration of schools buildings as well as managing the provision of caretaking, cleaning, security, ICT and grounds maintenance.
