Our team has developed and financed renewable projects both through our unlisted low carbon funds (London Energy Efficiency Fund and Scottish Partnership for Regeneration in Urban Centers) and using Amber’s own capital.

This includes:

  • The 6 MW solar rooftop array at Marks and Spencer’s East Midlands Distribution Centre in Castle Donnington, UK
  • Innovative technologies such as heating and cooling boreholes dug into the River Thames for our scheme at the Tate Modern funded through the Tate Foundation.
  • A £35 million biomass plant and 6km heat distribution network for St. Andrew’s University at Guardsbridge in Fife, Scotland.
