3SIIF's Greenergy Data Centers Welcomes New Minority Shareholder

The Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund S.A. SICAV-RAIF (‘3SIIF’, ‘the Fund’), advised by Amber Infrastructure Group (‘Amber’), part of Boyd Watterson Global Asset Management Group LLC (‘Boyd’), is pleased to announce that MCF Group Estonia, the company owning and operating the Greenergy Data Centers facility, has welcomed Tensor Estate as a minority shareholder.

Greenergy Data Centers was 3SIIF’s first digital investment and is the largest, most energy efficient and secure data centre in the Baltics. Tensor Estate's investment is the latest step in MCF's continued growth, providing expansion capital, allowing Greenergy to respond to growing demand from the artificial intelligence market.

Kert Evert, CEO of MCF Group Estonia, noted that the arrival of a new shareholder marks the beginning of the next stage of development: "We have been developing the infrastructure for years with a long-term perspective. Tensor joining us supports our long-term growth objectives."

As part of the transaction, the shareholders established a joint Supervisory Board comprising representatives of both 3SIIF and Tensor Estate. The company's day-to-day operations will continue under the leadership of its existing management team.
