Amber is recognised for its robust principles of corporate governance and transparency and reports to the highest standards, as required for both our private and listed funds.

This extends to developing and implementing proprietary IT tools and systems that enhance our ESG and financial reporting capability. As an example, we were leaders in implementing modern ESG practices, reporting sustainability metrics since 2011. This has continued to grow, becoming our award-winning sustainability programme, Amber Horizons.

Amber Fund Management Ltd is authorised and regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority for the management of investments.

  • Amber’s culture and ethos is grounded in the principle that our success is directly dependent on and measured by the success of the clients we advise and manage.
