Amber Infrastructure and Dragon Capital release Strategic White Paper on Ukraine’s Infrastructure Recovery

London/Kyiv, July 2025 — Amber Infrastructure and Dragon Capital have jointly released a White Paper titled “Ukraine Reconstruction”, providing global investors with a forward-looking view of Ukraine’s reconstruction landscape, macroeconomic resilience, and the evolving opportunities across core infrastructure sectors.
