Amber London – Amber Infrastructure Group, the specialist international infrastructure investment manager (‘Amber’ or the ‘Group’), has appointed Matthew Dooley as an Investment Director.

Matthew has joined Amber’s investments team and will principally be focused on new infrastructure investment opportunities, with a particular specialism in digital infrastructure.

Matthew previously worked at Rubicon Capital Advisors for six years, where he worked on transactions covering the energy, infrastructure and utilities sectors. Most recently, Matthew, working within Rubicon’s merchant banking division, helped originate and close transactions in the core plus space across Europe, including in digital infrastructure.
