THE BACKGROUND

St Thomas Apostle College and Sacred Heart Catholic School are both 775-place secondary schools for pupils aged 11-16, including a 25-place special resource unit. The schools formed part of the ‘Building Schools for the Future’ Government initiative.

Hard facilities Management Services are provided for building structure, mechanical and electrical installation.

The operational concession will expire in January 2036.

Project revenues are availability based.

The public sector commissioning body was the London Borough of Southwark.
